Overview

We ship all orders using UPS with a standard 4-business-day delivery service. Orders are dispatched on Wednesdays and Fridays only.
Processing & dispatch

    Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
    Dispatch days: Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders processed before the next dispatch will ship on the upcoming dispatch day.
        Example: an order placed Monday–Tuesday will ship Wednesday; an order placed Wednesday–Thursday will ship Friday; an order placed Friday–Sunday will ship the following Wednesday.
    Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time; product pages will note if this applies.

Shipping carrier & service

    Carrier: UPS only.
    Service: UPS standard — estimated delivery is 4 business days from shipment date.

Cutoff time

    To be included in the nearest dispatch, orders must be paid by 12:00 PM local time on the business day before dispatch.
        For Wednesday dispatch: payment received by 12:00 PM Tuesday.
        For Friday dispatch: payment received by 12:00 PM Thursday.
    Orders paid after cutoff are sent on the next scheduled dispatch.

Shipping destinations

    We ship to U.S. addresses and supported international destinations at checkout. If your country is unavailable, contact support.

Shipping costs

    Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
    Any free-shipping promotions will be shown at checkout.

Order tracking

    After dispatch you’ll receive an email with the UPS tracking number; allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Duties, taxes, and import fees (international)

    International orders may incur duties, taxes, or customs fees payable by the recipient. Delays due to customs are outside our control.

Address changes & delivery issues

    Confirm your address at checkout. Changes can only be made before dispatch; contact support immediately to request one.
    Returned packages due to undeliverable addresses may incur additional reshipment fees.

Lost, stolen, or damaged shipments

    If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, or if items arrive damaged, contact support within 7 days with photos so we can investigate with UPS. If UPS confirms loss/damage, we will replace or refund per our returns policy.

Partial shipments

    Orders may ship in multiple UPS packages; each will have its own tracking number.

Returns related to shipping

    Shipping errors or carrier damage caused by us will be refunded or replaced at no cost. Other returns follow the Returns Policy and may require return shipping.

Restrictions

    Some items may be restricted for shipment to certain regions; if an item cannot be shipped, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a refund.
