Thank you for shopping with 78 Brand. We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. Please read our return policy for condiment and other food products.
Eligibility
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Applies only to sealed, unused, and unopened condiment products with original packaging and receipt or order number.
- Opened or partially used products are not eligible for return except when there’s a quality, safety, or shipping issue (see Exceptions).
Exceptions
Damaged, contaminated, expired, incorrect items, or items posing a safety concern: contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or full refund regardless of whether the package has been opened.
Perishable or time-sensitive items showing signs of spoilage on arrival qualify for a refund or replacement if reported within 7 days.
How to Request a Return

Provide your order number, name, item(s) to return, and reason for return. Include photos if the product is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.
Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions and an authorization (RMA) if applicable.
Return Shipping & Costs
If the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong, or defective item), we will cover return shipping and provide a pre-paid label.
If you are returning for other reasons (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise authorized.
Refunds & Replacements
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If you prefer a replacement and we have stock, we will ship it at no extra cost for qualifying issues.
If the item is not eligible for a refund (e.g., opened without quality issue), we may offer store credit at our discretion.
Safety & Disposal
Do not consume items that appear spoiled, contaminated, or tampered with. Report immediately and follow our instructions for disposal if given.
